Walk: 5km
After packing our stuff into the Cruiser and securing the house, we were on the road just before 7:30am. We stopped at Gunalda United servo for a comfort stop, Goomeri for mornos and another comfort stop, Dalby for a driver change and comfort stop, and last one was at Moonie. We stayed at the Gunsynd Motor Inn for the night and it was comfortable enough. Although the shower was cold because their HWS blew up. They did offer us alternate shower facilities at Rivergums Caravan Park, two blocks away (we have stayed there in our van on three occasions), We elected to be brave and shower with cold water!
After unpacking a few overnight things, we took to the streets of Gundy to see if there was anything new to see. The answer is No, however, we did photograph a church and mural that we hadn't noticed before. We stopped at Foodworks for a few items to accompany our leftover dinner from last night and some fruit for the road, went back to the room and ate.
While Greg went for his customary post-dinner wander, Wendy blogged.
