We had a little sleep in this morning and we were packed up and on the road by 0715h. We made it all the way to Maccas for a decent coffee for Wendy. We changed drivers at Boorowa, stopped at Yass Service Centre for fuel and mornos and changed drivers again. We reached our destination in Canberra about 1130h. There was no vehicle in the carport so were able to unpack ours fairly swiftly and take the bikes and rack off before mum came home.
After lunch, we both had a nana nap before Wendy went shopping with mum, and Greg went for a ride. Mum had made slow-cooked oxtail with vege for dinner for her, dad and Greg and had a scotch fillet steak for Wendy.
After dinner, we walked over to see Dale, Suz, Jojo, Carla and Henry. Oh, and Nala! After returning, we were not long out of bed.
